Application:

By utilizing the principle of planetary motion simulation, the solid and liquid components in the solder paste are thoroughly stirred to achieve completely consistent density, which can exhibit better thixotropy and soldering ability in subsequent screen printing and reflow soldering. It can also standardize homework and reduce the probability of solder paste absorbing water vapor.
